Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Solar Energy

• Diploma in Engineering in EEE
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Solar Energy

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Conduct site surveys, including roof and structure assessment, shading analysis, and measurement of available area.

• Analyze client electricity bills and load profiles to determine the right system size and type (on-grid, off-grid, or hybrid).

• Design solar PV systems, including panel layout, string sizing, inverter selection, cable sizing, and protection devices.

• Prepare single line diagrams (SLD), layout drawings, and technical documents using AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar software.

• Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and technical inputs for client proposals.

• Prepare and coordinate net metering documentation and applications with the relevant distribution utility.

• Plan installation work and give technicians clear instructions, drawings, and checklists before work begins.

• Supervise on-site installation, including mounting structures, panel installation, DC/AC wiring, earthing, and lightning protection.

• Ensure all work follows electrical safety standards and good installation practice.

• Carry out testing and commissioning, and verify system performance after installation.

• Train and guide technicians on correct installation methods, safety, and quality checks.

• Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance guidance.

• Check the quality of equipment and materials and coordinate with suppliers when needed.

• Maintain project documentation, including design files, test reports, and handover documents.

• Communicate with clients on technical matters and explain system design and expected performance.
