Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare monthly finishing build-up plans to optimize production capacity and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Prepare and closely monitor monthly, weekly, and daily shipment plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Follow up on washing status, including sending and receiving, in line with the sewing plan to meet delivery requirements.
Coordinate closely with the merchandising team to ensure timely availability of finishing trims and accessories and compliance with delivery cut-off dates.
Prepare final inspection plans and ensure timely completion of packing lists in coordination with the finishing team to achieve on-time shipment.
