• Age At least 32 years

• Lead and develop the Fabric Technical Team and ensure effective cross-functional coordination.

• Develop and implement Fabric Technical SOPs, inspection procedures, trackers, and preventive control systems.

• Work closely with fabric mills to ensure the supply chain, along with quality, testing, inspection, and buyer requirements, is maintained.

• Identify and resolve fabric-related issues through root cause analysis, CAPA, mending, reprocessing, or controlled utilization.

• Provide technical support to the Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Quality, Planning, Merchandising, and Sourcing Teams.

• Work to reduce fabric-related garment rejection, panel rejection, shade issues, and production risks.

• Provide technical guidance for Denim, garment dye/washing programs, including blanket, shade segregation, shrinkage, and hand-feel evaluation.

• Conduct mill/factory visits and lead technical discussions with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality.

• Ensure the timely closure of fabric quality issues, supplier CAPA, and customer-related risks.
