Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Fabric & Trims Inspection: Check incoming woven rolls for shade variations, flaws using the 4-point system, and ensure trims match approved samples.
Cutting Section Quality: Verify marker placement, numbering, and fusing quality before releasing cut panels to sewing lines.
Inline & Roving Inspection: Monitor first-piece outputs, check stitching defects (puckering, skipped stitches), and guide operators on the floor.
Measurement & Fitting: Measure cut panels and finished garments against buyer spec sheets.
Finishing & Final Audit: Supervise pressing, button/rivet security, tagging, and conduct final random checks using standard AQL tables.
Reporting: Maintain hourly defect logs and report non-compliance issues to production heads.
