• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CA/ACCA/CMA or VAT-related professional qualification will be an advantage.

• 8 years of experience in VAT, Tax, Finance & Accounts.

• Experience in RMG/Textile or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

• Practical knowledge of VAT, VDS, Mushak, VAT returns, and NBR compliance is required.

• Experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel will be an advantage

• Manage day-to-day VAT and VDS activities of the company.

• Prepare and submit VAT returns and other required VAT documents on time.

• Ensure proper maintenance of Mushak forms, VAT records, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Check VAT and VDS on purchases, sales, services, and other business transactions.

• Review and reconcile Input VAT, Output VAT, VDS, and VAT payable with accounts records.

• Ensure proper VAT compliance for factory, production, procurement, commercial, import, and export activities.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Commercial, Procurement, Store, Factory, and other departments on VAT matters.

• Handle VAT-related notices, inspections, audits, and queries from NBR/VAT authorities.

• Prepare VAT reports and provide necessary information to management.

• Monitor changes in VAT rules and inform management about important requirements.

• Identify VAT compliance issues and take necessary corrective actions.

• Maintain proper records for VAT audits and assessments.
