Responsibilities & Context
Responsible for achieving daily production targets with buyer quality standards.
Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
Coordinate with Production, IE, QA, Warehouse, Commercial and Procurement.
Monitor WIP and production bottlenecks.
Coordinate shipment schedules.
Setup sewing line, check consumption.
Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
Achieve maximum production within the management target.
Coordinate all department for smooth Garment manufacturing.
Develop line efficiency, DHU, and production output to drive continuous improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, 5S.
Report production performance to GM – Production to support operational decisions and planning.
