Position: Nurse
Department: HR & Admin

Location: Sreepur, Magura

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical support to employees.

• Attend to workers and staff who become sick or injured during working hours.

• Maintain proper medical records, medicine stock, and treatment registers.

• Support emergency medical response and arrange referral to hospitals/clinics when required.

• Monitor workplace health and hygiene conditions and report concerns to management.

• Assist in health awareness programs, medical check-ups, and occupational health activities.

• Support the Factory Medical Officer/Doctor and HR & Admin team as required.

• Ensure the medical room is clean, organized, and properly equipped.

• Perform any other duties related to employee health and welfare assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Experience in a factory, industrial clinic, hospital, or occupational health setting will be an advantage.

• Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.

• Good knowledge of first aid and basic occupational health practices.

• Basic computer skills and good record-keeping ability.

• Caring, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
