Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, or a related field.

• Age 24 to 33 years

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in Product Development in the Garments Industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment/product development processes and buyer requirements.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Product Development Executive / Fashion Designer

Responsibilities:

• Directly coordinate with merchandising teams, buying houses, and buyers for new & creative product development.

• Develop products according to buyer requirements, specifications, design concepts, and market trends.

• Understand buyer tech packs, product details, materials, trims, colors, and construction requirements.

• Conduct product sourcing and coordinate with suppliers, factories, and vendors for sample development.

• Follow up on product development stages from concept approval to final sample submission.

• Ensure products meet buyer expectations, quality standards, costing requirements, and delivery timelines.

• Work closely with merchandising, design, production, and quality teams for smooth product execution.

• Prepare product development reports, sample tracking updates, and necessary documentation.

• Identify new product opportunities and support continuous product improvement.

• Maintain strong communication with buyers and internal teams to ensure successful product development.
