• Possesses deep knowledge of dye chemistry, reactive colorants, and chemical processing parameters.

• Proven skill in maintaining low liquor ratios to optimize water, chemical, and energy consumption.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and bridge discrepancies between lab dips and bulk production results.

• Expertise in shade matching, spectrophotometer evaluations, and executing timely corrective action plans.

• Strong technical capability in diagnosing fabric/dyeing defects and applying systematic root-cause problem-solving methods.

• Proficient in standard operating procedures for save-addition, strip-and-redye, and corrective recipe adjustments.

1. Ensure & monitor dyeing (Jigger) production quality and process.
2. Evaluate & follow up dyeing production process control parameters.
3. Keep sound knowledge & solving capability about [unclear].
4. Keep capability of troubleshooting of electro-mechanical issues.
5. Keep track of latest technology & always propose addition.
6. Manpower handling capability.
7. Maintain office decorum.
