• Age At least 24 years

5 to 6 / 8 to 10 years of hands-on maintenance experience (experience in a Rope Denim manufacturing or Textile mill is highly preferred).

• Continuous Operations & Productivity: Ensure smooth, continuous operation of all production machinery in the denim factory to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.

• Rapid Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment faults efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize overall operational efficiency.

• Schedules & Manual Compliance: Monitor, review, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans in strict accordance with machine manuals.

• AutoCAD Design & Drafting: Prepare machinery and spare parts drawings using AutoCAD to provide essential technical design support.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of machine performance, detailed breakdown analyses, and historical troubleshooting activities.

• Team Leadership & Safety Standards: Train and guide subordinates to achieve departmental KPIs while strictly enforcing workplace safety and maintenance regulations.
