Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 24 years
  • 4 to 6 / 7 to 07 years of hands-on experience in HVAC operations and maintenance (experience in a Spinning/Textile mill is highly preferred).

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in chillers, Humidification Plant, Fibre’s compactor, proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, ERP, email communication, and team supervision.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • System Operation & Maintenance: Lead the operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, AC Plants, compressors, cooling towers) to ensure precise climate control and uninterrupted spinning production.

  • Troubleshooting & Downtime Minimization: Rapidly diagnose and resolve HVAC equipment faults and breakdowns to minimize production downtime and maintain continuous plant operations.

  • Performance Optimization & KPIs: Review maintenance schedules and analyze system efficiency to implement corrective solutions, ensuring departmental objectives and KPI targets are met.

  • Team Leadership & Resource Management: Supervise, train, and provide technical guidance to technicians while efficiently managing workforce resources and spare parts inventory.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate technical records, breakdown analysis reports, and inventory documentation using MS Office and digital communication tools.

  • Safety & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with production and management teams to ensure full compliance with occupational safety regulations and maintenance standards.
