• 4+ years of experience in production planning will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and production planning software/ERP.

• Practical knowledge of garment production processes and planning.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overall production planning and monitoring for the Woven Garments Division, ensuring effective capacity utilization, smooth production flow, line efficiency and timely shipment of orders.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order requirements and shipment schedules.

• Prepare line loading plans according to order quantity, SMV, capacity and delivery requirements.

• Conduct line balancing to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and production capacity.

• Prepare and monitor line capacity booking based on available capacity and confirmed orders.

• Develop production forecasts based on order projections, capacity and shipment plans.

• Monitor actual production against planned targets and take necessary follow-up actions.

• Closely follow up with Production, IE, Merchandising, Quality, Cutting, Finishing and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow.

• Identify capacity gaps, production bottlenecks and potential delays and communicate them to management.

• Review line efficiency, productivity and capacity utilization and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure production plans are aligned with buyer requirements and shipment deadlines.

• Maintain and update planning reports, capacity statements, production status and forecasting data.

• Follow up on orders and ensure timely completion according to the production plan.

• Support management in capacity planning, production forecasting and strategic production decisions.
