Experience:
Hands-on experience in handling ALDI orders, preferably with direct involvement in ALDI production and quality requirements.
Strong experience in sampling, fit, production control, fabric inspection, and quality management systems.
Good understanding of ALDI order processes, critical timelines, and delivery requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Willingness to work beyond regular office hours and, when required, on weekends, based on business needs.
Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong skills and confidence in independently managing quality-related activities.
Good judgment to identify which issues can be handled independently and which require involvement of senior management.
Ability to recognise critical situations and escalate them to the appropriate level at the right time.
Ability to identify quality problems, provide practical solutions, and take appropriate corrective action during quality monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for sample checking (fit, materials, construction & functionality) from size set to PP samples for Garments.
Monitor product quality through the various stages of production.
Ensure that garments are produced according to the defined quality standards and Tech Pack.
Educate factories to improve sample execution and achieve the right first-time quality in each process.
Proactively follow up with factories for the status of various samples, and ensure timely sample submission in defined quality standards.
Screen potential problems at the production stage and work closely with the merchandising team to troubleshoot.
Regularly submit in-line inspection reports to the merchandising team.
Ensure production is transparent and relevant data is made available at all times.
Regularly submit production reports / exact production planning with the merchandising team.
Maintain effective communication with the sourcing, merchandising, and corporate compliance teams.
Ensure Proper handling & knowledge of 3rd-party testing & FRI procedures.
Regularly maintain factory QA standard operating procedures.
Any other duties as Management thinks relevant and related to the position.
