• Age At least 25 years

• Mandatory experience with Customs Bond Commissionerate.

• Experience in RMG/Textile/Composite industry Must.

• Hands-on experience in digital bond systems (UP, IN Bond, Ex Bond, ASYCUDA World, NBR portal).

• Strong knowledge of LC and import/export procedures.

• Sound knowledge about Customs Bonded operation for Direct and Deemed export.

• Ensure proper utilization of bonded warehouse facilities and import entitlements. (UP, In-Bond, Ex-Bond)

• Maintain bond registers, stock records, consumption records and supporting documents.

• Prepare documents for Bond Commissionerate inspections, yearly Customs audits, NOC and other approvals.

• Monitor Bond license validity, renewal, all entitlement and customs audit requirements.

• 6.       Coordinate with Production, Store, Planning and others related teams for proper reconciliation of bonded materials.

• Ensure on time online UP, yearly audit statement  , General Bond, Yearly entitlement, Additional entitlement and H.S Code addition.

• Prepare customs audit statement Composite & Garments, stock calculation and adjustment plan for (yarn, fabrics, accessories, dyes and chemical. Prepared Statement wise PRC

• Sound knowledge about CBMS, UD MS ward, Excel.

• Should have the captivity to work in team, and any other assignment given by the management.
