• Experience in garment production planning, PPC, production data management or a similar role.

• Practical experience in maintaining order-wise production databases and monitoring production progress.

• Experience in handling production data from Cutting, Sewing, Washing and Finishing.

• Experience in production reporting, WIP monitoring and shipment tracking.

• Experience with ERP/FR systems and advanced Excel-based reporting will be preferred.

To maintain a centralized, accurate and up-to-date order-wise production database covering Cutting, Sewing, Washing and Finishing, ensuring reliable visibility of production progress at every stage of the order lifecycle. The position is responsible for consolidating daily production data, monitoring WIP and stage-wise gaps, and providing timely reports and analysis to support management decision-making, production monitoring and shipment tracking.

• Maintain accurate order-wise production data including style, order quantity, color/size breakdown, PO details, shipment date and other relevant order information upon confirmation of orders.

• Update order information promptly based on approved amendments received from Merchandising, including changes in quantity, shipment date, style, color, PO or other order-related information.

• Cross-check order data with Merchandising and FR records to ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy of information before incorporating it into the centralized production database.

• Collect and consolidate daily production data from Cutting, Sewing, Washing and Finishing sections and maintain a unified order-wise production database.

• Maintain stage-wise WIP information including cutting quantity, sewing input/output, washing quantity and finishing progress against the respective order quantities.

• Monitor order progress across all production stages and ensure that the centralized database provides clear visibility of the status of each order from Cutting through Washing, Sewing and Finishing.

• Identify and highlight stage-wise production gaps and bottlenecks, such as cutting completed but sewing input pending, sewing completed but washing pending, or finishing backlog against shipment requirements.

• Maintain standardized production data formats and definitions to ensure consistency, reliability and usability for trend, variance and performance analysis.

• Prepare and circulate daily and weekly production status reports showing order-wise progress across Cutting, Sewing, Washing and Finishing to Planning and relevant management stakeholders.

• Identify shipment-risk orders proactively by analyzing production progress, WIP levels, stage-wise gaps and shipment dates, and escalate potential delays to the Planning Lead and concerned departments.

• Maintain historical production databases and records for management reference, audit requirements and analytical purposes, including lead-time, product-category and production-strength analysis.

• Provide production data analysis and management support by preparing ad-hoc reports, variance analysis and status updates as required for planning, production and shipment-related decision-making.
