Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social Science

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Management, Sustainability or relevant subject from any reputed university.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 27 years

• Experience in Social Compliance, Sustainability, EMS, Certification or ESG is preferred.

• Deep understanding of Bangladesh labour laws, rules.

• Hands-on experience working with GOTS , OCS, GRS & Higg Worldly.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules and other applicable statutory requirements.

• Monitor workplace compliance related to wages & benefits, working hours, overtime, leave, recruitment, employment contracts, disciplinary practices and termination.

• Support implementation of company policies and procedures related to labour and social compliance.

• Conduct regular internal compliance inspections and identify non-conformities.

• Maintain required statutory and social compliance records and documentation.

• Coordinate and support preparation for customer, third-party and certification audits, including: WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA, Better Work & Customer-specific social compliance audits.

• Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and PDCA as per observation.

• Support implementation and maintenance of the factory Environmental Management System (EMS).

• Coordinate preparation, documentation, implementation and audit requirements for: GOTS – Global Organic Textile Standard, OCS – Organic Content Standard, GRS – Global Recycled Standard & Higg Worldly.

• Collect, verify and maintain Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data.
