• Collect bulk order sheets from concerned Merchandisers .

• Prepare PP Meeting plans for individual bookings and buyers and ensure timely coordination with relevant departments.

• Prepare and maintain TNA plans for Knitting, Dyeing and Fabric Delivery according to booking and shipment requirements.

• Prepare TNA plans for subcontract parties and ensure proper execution within the committed timeline.

• Conduct daily follow-up of Knitting, Batch, Dyeing, Finishing and Fabric Delivery to ensure smooth production flow.

• Prepare and monitor daily fabric lists and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.

• Maintain updated TNA records, production status and relevant planning documents.

• Prepare Dyeing Space Booking Summary Reports and monitor booking utilization against production requirements.

• Prepare and update WIP Reports with current fabric position and follow up according to the planned schedule.

• Prepare weekly delivery reports and continuously follow up with concerned sections to achieve planned delivery dates.

• Ensure a minimum 90% on-time delivery of finished fabric against the approved T&A plan.

• Prepare order closing reports, and ensure timely closing of completed orders.

• Prepare sectionwise re-process reports, identify pending cases and follow up for timely completion.

• Prepare monthly delivery performance reports based on T&A achievement.

• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality, Production and Commercial teams to resolve delivery-related issues.

• Monitor fabric quality and delivery status to ensure that finished fabric is delivered on time and according to the required quality standards.

• Escalate critical delays, production bottlenecks, quality issues and other risks to the appropriate management in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate planning records and provide regular management updates on order and production status.
