Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the Next buyer merchandising team for knit garments.
Handle the complete merchandising process from product development to shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, factories, production, planning, quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Manage order follow-up, costing, sampling, fabric development, approvals, and production timelines.
Ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and buyer compliance.
Develop strong buyer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor team performance, solve production and merchandising challenges, and ensure business profitability.
