Experience:

• 5 to 8 years

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Bachelor in Apparel Merchandising, or Graduation/MBA with a major in Marketing.

• 5 to 8 years

• Age 25 to 38 years

Experience: 5 to 8 years of working experience in a reputed buying house.

Skills: Fluent in English, strong negotiation capabilities, and sound knowledge of ERP/SAP software.

Additional Job Requirements

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work independently. 

Job Criteria:

• Must have experience in apparel marketing and customer development.
• Having an existing overseas customer/buyer network will be highly preferred.
• Should have the ability to generate new customers and collect orders.
• Good knowledge of Knit, Woven, Sweater and other apparel products.
• Knowledge of costing, sampling, production and shipment follow-up.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience dealing with USA, UK, and Canada, Europe or other international buyers is preferred.
• Should be target-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Candidates who can bring active customers/business opportunities will receive priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Sales: Explore new markets, generate leads, and secure apparel/textile orders.
• Costing & Sourcing: Negotiate prices with suppliers, vendors, and production units.
• Buyer Communication: Handle daily correspondence with global buyers, brands, or retailers.
• Follow-up: Coordinate with merchandising, production, and quality teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Salary Range: Negotiable (Based on experience)
