Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager for a Garments Accessories factory who can deal with the overall Accounts Department’s responsibilities.
Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka.
To prepare and implement monthly payments & received or prepare the income & expenditure budget of the company.
To prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)
To monitor the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Department, handling petty cash and Tally software.
Review the cash flow requirement to ensure sufficient funds are available for operation.
To develop and update the internal financial operation policy and procedures.
To ensure compliance of the bookkeeping system with standards to enforce organizational transparency.
To prepare management accounts annually & half-yearly.
To prepare tax accounts annually.
To perform all types of L/C-related work and payment follow-up.
To ensure bank reconciliation.
Any other job assigned by the management.
