We are a leading 100% export-oriented apparel manufacturer looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize garment production floor operations, ensuring timely shipment, optimum quality, and maximum production efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to shipment schedules and buyer requirements.

• Monitor sewing line production and achievements against hourly, daily, and monthly targets.

• Allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and floor resources effectively to minimize idle time.

• Ensure smooth production flow and timely achievement of production targets.

• Work closely with the Industrial Engineering (IE) department to maximize line efficiency and productivity.

• Optimize line layouts and balancing to improve SAM utilization and production efficiency.

• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve output.

• Control production overhead and manufacturing costs.

• Maintain strict quality control standards to achieve buyer AQL requirements.

• Ensure proper machine maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and production interruptions.

• Conduct daily production floor review meetings with line chiefs and supervisors to resolve technical and operational issues.

• Supervise, motivate, and manage line supervisors, cutting masters, operators, and other production personnel.

• Ensure effective manpower utilization and workforce discipline.

• Ensure compliance with factory policies, occupational health and safety requirements, and workplace standards.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time production and shipment.

• Take necessary corrective and preventive actions to improve overall production performance.
