Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
* Production planning & capacity analysis
* SMV, efficiency, productivity monitoring
* Line balancing and manpower planning
* Capacity calculation & production target setting
* Daily production performance analysis
* Process improvement & cost reduction initiatives
* IE team management and reporting
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc / Diploma in Textile Engineering or related field.
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in Garments IE Planning (Knit/Woven).
Skills Required:
* Strong knowledge of IE tools & production systems
* Advanced Excel skills
* Analytical and problem-solving ability
* Good communication & leadership skills
