Responsibilities & Context:
Provide after-sales services for spandex yarn products, including customer visits and the collection of customer factory information and related documents.
Obtain contact information of factory management and administrative personnel from potential customers.
Report work progress and updates to the leadership at the China headquarters.
Arrange itineraries, car rentals, and other administrative logistics for visits by the China headquarters leadership.
Strong verbal and written English proficiency is required, along with fluent command of textile-specific English terminology
