Experience:

• 4 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Fashion Designing
• BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Analyze fabrics, fashion trends, colors, silhouettes, and market trends.

• Develop and create seasonal fashion collections based on current trends and buyer requirements.

• Prepare detailed Tech Packs and coordinate the complete sampling process.

• Work closely with Supplier, Master, Sampling, and Washing Departments to ensure product quality and design accuracy.

• Coordinate with the Merchandising Team for product development, sampling, and buyer requirements.

• Make product presentations and effectively present design concepts and collections.

• Support product marketing activities and develop presentations/materials for product promotion.

• Ensure designs are commercially viable, production-friendly, and aligned with target market requirements.
