• Aptitude for mathematics, and highly developed technical skills;

Responsible for the execution of all activities required for the maintenance, installation, and repair of the equipment corresponding to Banchem's operations, in such a way that they are executed with the assigned resources and ensuring the shortest downtime of this equipment.

• Understand by quality system: Documentation, work method and expectations of the internal and external client regarding a process, product or service.

• Inform the supervisor, manager and/or maintenance coordinator of the problems detected in machines and facilities for programming the corresponding corrective measures according to priority.

• Data collection on daily energy use readings.

• Daily inspections to detect anomalies / failures in equipment and facilities inside and outside the plant.

• Knowledge and monitoring of daily, weekly and biweekly preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

• Manage records and control of tools and materials in charge.

• Installation of productive machinery of the chemical department and laboratories.

• Participate in the different trainings that are specifically scheduled for the execution of assignments that carry special considerations. (work at height, confined spaces, hot work, electrical work, etc.).

• Comply with the indicators of compliance and execution of maintenance, such as preventive, corrective, predictive, support, RCM, general service, improvement and others, scheduled according to the calendar.

• Execute all activities following good practices to ensure cleanliness in maintenance workshops as well as in work areas.

• Reading plans, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or equipment.
