• Diploma in Textile Engineering

General Graduation candidate must have technical experience in Garments Sewing Department.

• Good communication skill in English is highly expected.

• Monitor and control sewing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are achieved.

• Analyze garment construction methods and provide technical solutions to sewing-related problems.

• Conduct operation breakdowns and establish standard minute values (SMV) for different garment styles.

• Work closely with the production, quality, and industrial engineering teams to improve sewing line performance.

• Train sewing operators, line supervisors, and team leaders on sewing techniques, quality requirements, and productivity improvement.

• Identify defects during production and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize rework and rejection rates.

• Ensure proper machine settings, attachments, folders, and sewing methods are applied according to garment specifications.

• Support new style development, pilot runs, and production line setups to achieve smooth bulk production.

• Prepare technical reports on production efficiency, sewing quality, and process improvement activities.

• Maintain compliance with company standards, buyer requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
