• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At least 25 years

• Machine knowledge of Thies, Bianco, LK/LH, Tube-Tex, Lafer

• Good crisis management, self-control and stress management skills.

• Capacity to understand and evaluate priorities and urgencies.

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills with a desire to collaborate with others.

• An open-minded professional with a positive attitude, manner and behavior.

• Have the ability to adapt to a changing environment in a professional and impactful way.

• Work under pressure and potentially to take on the challenge of performing the job.

• Excellent written and oral skills in English.

Manage the whole production floor & ensure fabric quality, quantity as well as safe work environment.

• Follow up the operator and production floor.

• Make the final decision regarding any dye lot in absence of immediate supervisor.

• Ensure the better productivity of Dyeing and finishing through reducing downtime.

• Ensure the good quality fabric according to the Gildan standard.

• Make sure that all operators are working according to the SOP.

• Keep the workplace clean and safe to reduce accident.

• Ensure the scanning of production in JDE system.

• Ensure the daily route sheet filling of production and downtime.

• Support to meet the production target with all KPI.

• Ensure to fill all the GQS format.

• Must inform to immediate supervisor if any problem occur in the production floor.

• Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
