Responsibilities & Context:

• Possess extensive knowledge of Levi’s documentation and requirements.

• Prepare sample cards, ER reports, and maintain all related data and records systematically.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.

• Follow up on R&D and bulk production activities and provide necessary support to the team.

• Prepare all required information and documentation as per Levi’s requirements before submitting samples and FTL.

• Ensure proper development and maintenance of bulk FOP test reports.

• Have a strong understanding of Levi’s sample SOPs and standards, ensuring proper compliance and record keeping.

• Maintain effective communication and professional email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain recipe data systematically according to finish type.

• Have basic knowledge of garment washing processes, including enzyme wash, bleach wash, acid wash, laser, PP spray, and other relevant techniques.
