Lead denim design and collection development with a strong focus on innovation.
Conduct trend, market and competitor research.
Develop denim washes, finishes, fabrics and materials.
Drive creative direction and product development.
Collaborate with merchandising, production and other cross-functional teams.
Develop commercially viable designs aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
