Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify workplace stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional distress, and behavioral concerns.

• Provide confidential individual counseling and short-term psychotherapy to employees.

• Design and implement Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and workplace well-being initiatives.

• Conduct awareness sessions on stress management, emotional intelligence, resilience, work-life balance, and psychological well-being.

• Coach managers and supervisors on recognizing early signs of psychological distress and promoting healthy workplace behaviors.

• Provide psychological first aid and crisis intervention following workplace incidents, harassment complaints, traumatic events, or other critical situations.

• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Medical Centre, and business leaders to identify psychosocial risks and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Support grievance management by providing professional guidance on behavioral and psychological aspects of employee concerns.

• Recommend initiatives to reduce workplace conflict, absenteeism, burnout, employee turnover, and disciplinary incidents.

• Assist in developing policies and guidelines related to employee mental well-being, psychological safety, and workplace behavior.

• Monitor employee well-being trends and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Refer employees requiring psychiatric evaluation or specialized mental health treatment to appropriate healthcare professionals whenever necessary.
