Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same designation (Sr. Manager / Manager) in Quality.

Relevant experience in a manufacturing/textile/garments industry will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance procedures.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1. Monitor and manage overall Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities.

2. Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

3. Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection processes.

4. Supervise the Quality team and ensure effective execution of quality-related activities.

5. Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and take corrective and preventive actions.

6. Monitor production processes to minimize defects, rework, and rejection.

7. Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues.

8. Conduct regular quality inspections and prepare quality performance reports.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable industry requirements.

10. Take initiatives for continuous improvement of product quality and production efficiency.
