Education:

• A Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed university

• Age At least 26 years

• Assist to analyze the job & sample and preparing the loading plan

• Assist to Create an effective production plan and monitor the production for timely delivery

• Ensure timely production as per the required quality through proper supervision and monitoring

• Oversee to prepare samples and take approval from the authority

• Monitor the sub-centre and cluster works

• Check and assure the products' quality during the production process

• Send the daily produced goods in the finished/ assigned sections timely

• Communicate weekly work schedule and distribute job materials to the sub-centre In-charge

• Maintain workers' information, job, and task receiving and delivery information

• Keep a healthy working environment, safety, security, and maintenance of the sub-center

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program`s goals on safeguarding implementation

• Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
