• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

01.    Check and verify the exact quantity and bundles of garments received from buyers or production floors against the Delivery Chalan.

02.    Conduct primary inspections to identify any defects, stains, damages, or incorrect sizing, and immediately report discrepancies or issues to the Production Manager or QC.

03.    Enter and update all received item details accurately into the inventory register.

04.    Organize received goods systematically in the store according to Lot Numbers, buyer names, and styles.

05.    Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper dry conditions inside the store to prevent damage or mold growth on garments.

06.    Ensure physical stock matches the records in the stock register.

07.    Supply materials to the production floor on time based on operational demands across various washing stages.

08.    Obtain signatures from respective section-in-charges on the receiving slips during material handovers.

09.    Prepare processed and finished goods for delivery according to buyer instructions or final factory shipment schedules.

10.    Ensure delivery challans and gate passes accurately state the correct quantities.

11.    Supervise loading processes onto transport vehicles to ensure proper handling, safety, and accurate tallying of goods.

12.    Prepare and submit daily reports covering received quantities, current stock levels, and completed deliveries to management or the Production Manager.
