• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Quality Controller in a Woven Garments Factory.

• Strong knowledge of woven garment quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Good understanding of inline, end-line, and final quality inspection.

• Ability to identify garment defects and take effective corrective actions.

• Knowledge of AQL, measurement/specification checking, workmanship, and buyer quality requirements.

• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with Production, QA/QC, and other relevant departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control garment quality throughout the production process.
• Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Inspect garments for workmanship, measurements, construction, appearance, and finishing defects.
• Identify quality problems and coordinate with the Production team for immediate corrective action.
• Ensure production follows approved samples, specifications, measurement charts, and buyer requirements.
• Monitor recurring defects and support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct AQL-based inspections as required.
• Maintain daily quality inspection reports, defect records, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and other departments to improve product quality.
• Monitor quality performance and provide regular feedback to management.
• Ensure corrective actions are properly implemented and followed up.
• Support buyer inspections, third-party inspections, and internal quality audits when required.
• Ensure finished garments are properly inspected before packing and shipment.
• Prepare quality-related reports and maintain proper records.
• Perform any other quality-related responsibilities assigned by management.
