• Candidate should have strong technical expertise in the field of dyeing finishing.

• Sound knowledge in dyeing finishing parameter.

• Working with reputed & high-end customers will be an added advantage.

• This role involves achieving minimizing defects and waste, and ensuring cost-effective finishing operations.

• Prevent and minimize second-quality and scrap fabric due to finishing processes.

• Ensure fabric quality meets buyer standards.

• Implement and manage Fault Description Forms (FDF) to record and analyze quality defects.

• Select optimal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), machine parameters, and machine types for quality and trouble-free production.

• Check fabric test results (e.g., shrinkage, rubbing, pilling, fastness, wicking, elasticity) as per customer standards.

• Control finishing parameters during bulk production to meet quality requirements.

• Ensure minimal impact of finishing processes on dyed fabric color, fastness, handle, hydrophilicity, elasticity, and other technical specifications.

• Select appropriate softeners and finishing processes based on buyer requirements, fabric quality, cost, and supplier logistics.

• Manage softener and finishing chemical inventory for optimal usage.

• Ensure cost-effective finishing by implementing new chemicals, production methods, and machinery.

• Lead and enforce health and safety regulations in the finishing department.
