Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct process loss audits and fabric closing reports in textile dyehouse.
Understand knitting and dyeing audit and closing in a textile composite factory.
Know about the different fabrications processed in knit composite factory.
Audit the dyestuff and chemicals used in the dyehouse.
Use ERP for fabric booking, process loss and closing report making and analysis.
Conduct time study, motion study, and work measurement analysis.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare audit reports, findings, and improvement recommendations.
Track process KPIs such as efficiency, utilization, rejection rate, and throughput.
Coordinate with Dyeing Production, Quality, and Fabric Planning teams for process improvement.
Assist in standardization of processes and documentation.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain process audit records and MIS.
