This position is based at our Dhaka office, Bangladesh. The Technical Administration Officer will be responsible for coordinating with clients, collecting and verifying required information, and providing administrative support to the Country Manager and the UK office. The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Description
· Work in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to the company's policies, principles, and code of conduct.
· Collect all required information and documentation from clients and ensure complete and accurate paperwork is submitted to the UK office.
· Communicate with clients via email and telephone to obtain missing information and provide timely follow-up.
· Coordinate effectively with the UK administration team and technical staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
· Establish, maintain, and safeguard confidential files and records, retrieving information as required.
· Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF software, and other standard office tools.
· Update and maintain client databases, mailing lists, contact information, and other administrative records.
· Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Graduate in a science discipline; preferably B.Tech. or Diploma in Textiles.
· Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), email, internet applications, and PDF software.
· Experience in a similar client coordination or administrative role, preferably dealing with clients, buyers, or a textile testing laboratory.
· Good understanding of the textile supply chain, from fibre through yarn, fabric, processing, and garment manufacturing.
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided at Shirley Technologies, UK as per requirement, the candidate must have all documentation necessary to obtain visa for international travel.
