Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.

• Professional training/certification in Lean Manufacturing, IE, Six Sigma, or Productivity Improvement will be an added advantage.

• At least 10 years

• Age 32 to 45 years

• Candidates with strong experience in large-scale vertical composite factories will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Capacity Study, Line Balancing, Efficiency & Productivity Improvement.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Production Management Software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Lead and manage the overall Industrial Engineering (IE) function of the factory.

2. Develop and implement effective production planning, capacity planning, line balancing, and manpower allocation strategies.

3. Analyze SMV, SAM, capacity, efficiency, productivity, and production performance to identify improvement opportunities.

4. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and production capacity.

5. Develop and implement line layouts, operation breakdowns, and workflow improvements.

6. Monitor and improve line efficiency, labor productivity, machine utilization, and production output.

7. Conduct time study, method study, capacity study, and work measurement for continuous improvement.

8. Set and monitor production targets, efficiency targets, and performance KPIs for production lines.

9. Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

10. Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Merchandising, Maintenance, and HR teams to improve overall factory performance.

11. Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

12. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly IE and productivity reports for management.

13. Review production performance against planned capacity and recommend necessary actions.

14. Develop and maintain accurate IE databases, SMV, efficiency, capacity, manpower, and productivity reports.

15. Guide, mentor, and develop the IE team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

16. Ensure implementation of best IE practices and modern productivity improvement techniques.

17. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
