Responsibilities & Context:
• Manage overall cutting operations to achieve planned output with optimum efficiency.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of Auto Cutter and related cutting equipment.
• Plan, organize, and monitor cutting plans based on production targets.
• Ensure accurate marker planning to minimize fabric wastage.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery of cut panels to the sewing line.
• Work closely with IE, Production, and Quality teams for continuous process improvement.
• Develop and lead a motivated cutting team to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor fabric relaxation, spreading, and cutting parameters to maintain consistency and reduce defects.
• Maintain cutting-related documentation, production records, and daily output reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and workplace policies within the cutting section.
