## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced *IE Executive / Senior Executive* who will work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure accurate garment costing, effective operation analysis, and continuous cost optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, sound knowledge of garment construction, and a practical understanding of industrial engineering and production processes.
## Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the *Merchandising Team* to prepare accurate costing through detailed analysis of Tech Packs.
* Analyze garment construction and identify potential production and costing risks.
* Prepare and maintain detailed *Operation Bulletins* for each style, ensuring all costing elements are properly documented and communicated.
* Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to reduce garment production costs without compromising quality.
* Work closely with production teams to ensure operation bulletins are aligned with manufacturing capabilities, efficiency objectives, and cost targets.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, efficiency, method improvement, and cost optimization.
