The responsibity for this position is to ensuring sample making & calculation of basic cost of sample as per design and standard quality production of the ironing section & delivery goods to Aarong C/S on time.
Job Purpose:
Collecting sample from Aarong.
Receiving the required quality raw materials according to order/work.
Reviewing the sample instructions & necessity and plan accordingly
Finding the raw materials & accessories used in the sample.
Calculating the raw materials & all the incidentals of the manufactured goods.
Documenting data on samples produced mentioning manpower & time requirements.
Completing the production in coordination with all sections.
Ensuring product quality during production process.
Sending sample & costing to head office through challan.
Monitoring the attendance of the section artisans/beneficiaries and reducing the absenteeism rate.
Ensuring preparation of wage muster roll, wage register book and pass book of artisans/beneficiaries.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
