Skill:

1. Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office.          

2. Analytical Ability.          

1. Strong communication skills.

·       Management ability of sub-ordinates and associates maintain zero defects.

·       Oversee routine in-process audits during cutting, sewing, and assembly to catch defects early.

·       Continuous Kaizen to improve quality & customer satisfaction.

·       Strong knowledge about RCA & CAP.

·       Proven Knowledge about pre-production activities to achieve zero defects.

·       SOP Enforcement for simplifying operations.

·       Establish Six Sigma & QC tools to improve quality.

·       Educate Inspectors, SUV, In charges to enhance quality activities.
