• Age At least 35 years

• Develop and implement quality procedures, standards, testing specifications, and safety guidelines for woven tops/shirts.

• Monitor raw materials, in-process quality, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Analyze production and quality data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management.

• Lead and supervise the QC & QA team and provide training to quality and production personnel.

• Drive defect reduction, waste minimization, productivity improvement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Work closely with Production, IE, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

• Support and prepare the factory for customer, compliance, and quality system audits, including ISO 9001.

• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and ensure timely corrective actions.
