Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 23 to 27 years

• Age At most 27 years.

• Basic knowledge of garment merchandising processes and production follow-up.

• Basic understanding of costing, consumption, T&A, and order execution.

• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

• Good observation, follow-up, and problem-solving ability.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Willingness to work closely with factory, production, quality, sourcing, and IE teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Context:

• The MTO – Merchandiser will work closely with the merchandising team to support order execution, production follow-up, buyer communication, and timely shipment. This role offers hands-on exposure to garment merchandising, production planning, costing, and coordination with different departments.
  
  Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in order execution from booking to shipment.

• Support T&A preparation and follow-up.

• Follow up on fabric, trims, samples, and accessories.

• Monitor production progress and order status.

• Coordinate with production, IE, quality, and sourcing teams.

• Assist in costing, consumption, and basic order calculations.

• Support sample development and approval follow-up.

• Prepare order status and production reports.

• Assist in buyer communication and documentation.

• Support capacity planning and continuous improvement activities.
