Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Must have experience in maintenance in any Textile industry Should have leadership quality Should be very technical in leading the department

• Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.

• Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, Power generation & utility services.

• Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.

• Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.

• Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.

• Submit annual budget for Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Dept.

• Evaluate performance of employees under Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Dept and submit recommendations to plant head.

• Co-ordinate with various dept & ensure smooth operation of plant.

• Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.

• Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems arose from Mechanical, Electrical & Pneumatic system.

• Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.

• Any others job as assigned by the management from time to time.
