Experience:
Proven Experience in Utility management in Heavy or Medium industry.
To ensure the safe, reliable, efficient, and uninterrupted operation and maintenance of all utility systems required for production.
Responsible for monitoring utility equipment, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting operational problems.
Maintaining safety and compliance standards, optimizing energy consumption, and supporting continuous improvement of utility systems.
Monitor and ensure smooth operation of all utility equipment and systems supporting production.
Operate and supervise utility systems according to approved operating procedures and safety requirements.
Maintain continuous availability of power, steam, compressed air, chilled water, hot water, cooling water, HVAC, and other process utilities.
Monitor operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, voltage, current, load, flow, fuel consumption, water consumption, and equipment efficiency.
Maintain daily utility operation logs and report abnormal conditions to the concerned supervisor.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
Monitor boiler operation, steam pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, and other operating parameters.
Take immediate corrective action during utility interruptions or abnormal operating conditions.
Monitor the operation and performance of generators, power generation equipment, transformers, switchgear, MDBs, DBs, and electrical distribution systems.
Monitor electrical load, power factor, voltage, current, frequency, and power consumption.
Assist in load management and optimum utilization of available electrical capacity.
Coordinate generator operation during power interruptions and emergency situations.
Monitor fuel consumption and operating efficiency of generators.
Ensure proper synchronization, changeover, and distribution procedures where applicable.
Prepare equipment performance and efficiency reports for management.
