Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 25 years
3–7 years of experience in handbag pattern making.
Proficiency in CAD pattern software will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of handbag construction and luxury workmanship standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop production patterns based on customer specifications and technical drawings.
Create and revise paper and digital patterns.
Prepare grading and pattern corrections.
Work closely with Product Development and Technical teams.
Ensure pattern accuracy before sample production.
Support proto, SMS, PPS, and bulk production.
Analyze construction methods and recommend improvements.
Prepare technical documents and pattern records.
Coordinate with IE and Production during new style introduction.
Solve pattern-related production issues.
Support continuous improvement in product engineering.
