• Master’s degree in accounting from a reputed public university.

• Completion of CA – Certificate Level from a recognized Chartered Accountancy firm is mandatory & ICMA Intermediate Level.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably within the garments industry in Bangladesh.

  Strong command of ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Sound knowledge of Bangladesh VAT and Tax laws, compliance processes, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Review  fabric, trims, accessories, CM/ CMT,  washing, printing, embroidery, freight and other production costs with production report.

• Analyze buyer/order-wise profit ability and contribution margins.

• Identify opportunities to improve liquidity and reduce finance cost

• Monitor inventory turnover and slow moving aged inventory

• Prepare sales, production, operating expense, CAPEX and cash-flow budgets.

• Monitor budget utilization and investigate significant deviations.

• Prepare monthly budget-versus-actual analysis

• Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities and performance improvement areas.

• Segregate  & impact fixed cost & variable cost in overall production cost.
