Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Washing Factory

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or relevant discipline.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Washing Factory

• Age At least 25 years

• Strong knowledge of garment IE and production systems.

• Knowledge of SMV, line balancing, capacity and productivity analysis.

• GSD / GST / PMTS knowledge will be an advantage.

• Lean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. Execute production plans, line allocation, manpower/machine allocation and line loading.

2. Conduct line balancing, capacity study, operation breakdown and resource analysis.

3. Monitor hourly production, efficiency, WIP, bottlenecks, loss time and line performance.

4. Conduct time study, motion study and work measurement.

5. Maintain accurate SMV, Operation Bulletin (OB), capacity data and production standards.

6. Prepare and update skill matrix and operator performance records.

7. Identify productivity gaps and recommend corrective actions.

8. Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
