• Proven experience in QMS, ISO 9001 implementation, and audit management.

• Practical experience in internal, customer, and certification audits.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification will be an advantage.

Babylon Group is looking for a competent and results-driven Manager – Quality Management System (QMS) for its Central Corporate Office to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's QMS, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and strengthen audit and quality management practices across business units.

• Lead QMS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement in line with ISO 9001 requirements.

• Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits across relevant business units.

• Ensure effective root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and compliance monitoring.

• Monitor QMS performance, identify improvement opportunities, and report key findings to top management.

• Organize Management Review Meetings and follow up on agreed action plans.

• Ensure proper documentation, record control, and standardized procedures.

• Conduct QMS training and promote quality awareness across departments.

• Drive risk-based thinking, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
